New Construction Technology No. 560
Patent No. 0711994

Uses
- Architecture: Rooftops, underground parking lots, etc.
- Civil Engineering: Underground structures such as railways, power conduits, water treatment facilities, utility tunnels, underpasses, etc.
01. Korea's First New Root-Proof Technology! [New Technology No. 560]
Use of Copper [Cu] Trays in Agriculture (Inhibition of Cardiac Growth)
* Research Paper: “Effects of Copper-Coated Plug Trays on Enzymes and Post-Transplant Growth of Cabbage Authors – Yong Young-rok et al.

Untreated Tray
Few fine roots, Severe myocardial development

Copper [Cu] Tray
Many fine roots, poor myocardial development
02. Excellent long lifespan due to oxide film formation Long-term corrosion resistance of copper (Cu) root barrier sheets
Durability of Copper [Cu] Root Barrier Sheet
- Minimum approximately 24 years (*Copper film thickness of copper root barrier sheet: 0.035mm)
- Exhibits strong corrosion resistance even in saline and humid regions

03. The Fusion of Waterproofing and Root Resistance!
A fusion method that responds semi-permanently to structural movements with flexible adhesion and prevents plant root penetration
Eco Seal : An eco-friendly, high-adhesion, flexible film waterproofing material that satisfies Ministry of Environment standards (VOCs) by not using organic solvents

Eco Waterproof · Root-Proof Composite Sheet
Patent No. 0711994

Applicable Structures
- Architecture - Rooftop landscaping, underground parking lot upper park projects, etc.
- Civil Engineering - Underground expressway upper park projects, ecological tunnels, etc.
Features
- As a metal-based material, it has high surface hardness, preventing root penetration.
- Since the copper membrane is composed of over 99% pure copper, it offers excellent root resistance.
- Joint treatment using copper tape ensures an integrated copper surface.
- The high-adhesion gel waterproofing material, possessing flexible adhesive properties, prevents interfacial detachment during movement or cracking, exhibiting crack-following capabilities and minimizing lifting phenomena.
- Due to its high adhesiveness, it adheres well even to dissimilar materials other than concrete.
- In treating the joints between sheets, the method involves self-adhesion through direct lamination (adhesion) rather than using a hot method. This simplifies construction, allowing even unskilled workers to perform the work.
